Free weekly prenatal nutrition programs are available across the Greater Toronto Areas for pregnant women who need extra support for a healthy pregnancy.
Programs are primarily for women who are less than 28 weeks pregnant at the time they register. There are many locations, connected to different agencies, where you can get free services, including healthy snacks and ongoing access to Nurses and Dietitians for support and education.
